“The coxswain’s squad is a group of sharp, close and collaborative members, each a part of their own respective squad.
We welcome coxes of all abilities, from beginner to national competitors. Beginner coxes are able to join our Novice Coxes squad and will receive a training programme- once the basics are learned they can join a racing squad, or if they would prefer a less competitive environment they may continue coxing through YuRow (our recreational squad).”
“Senior Coxes have a separate training programme to equip them with skills to cox any standard of boat, and are able to undergo GB trials if they so choose.”
